Cancellation and Refund Policy
By engaging Newstart Consultancy’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the Cancellation and Refund Policy as outlined in item number 7 of the Retainer Agreement.
As explicitly stated in the Retainer Agreement, all third-party service fees are non-refundable.
